When a customer requests or receives a delivery service, we may collect information about the Shipment and the requested service. This information may include pickup and delivery locations, sender and recipient details, delivery instructions, building-entry information, package descriptions, package quantities, dimensions, weight, estimated value, special handling requirements, requested delivery dates, delivery times, tracking information, driver assignments, route details, delivery status, signatures, photographs, timestamps, failed-delivery records, return instructions, damage reports, and communications relating to the service.
When a customer requests a quotation or makes a booking, we may collect information about the requested service, travel distance, vehicle requirements, loading and unloading needs, access restrictions, scheduling preferences, special equipment requirements, waiting time, pricing, and other details necessary to determine whether we can perform the service and what the service will cost.
When a customer makes a payment, we may collect billing information, invoice details, payment amount, transaction date, payment status, payment method, refund information, dispute records, chargeback information, and limited payment-card information made available by an authorized payment processor. Complete payment-card or banking information may be collected directly by a third-party payment provider and processed under that provider’s privacy policy.

Kelnorge Logistics may collect personal information directly from the individual concerned. We may also receive information from customers requesting deliveries, senders, recipients, employers, business organizations, retailers, warehouses, medical facilities, pharmacies, laboratories, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, contractors, drivers, payment processors, technology providers, service partners, publicly available sources, and social-media platforms.
Information may also be provided by an authorized family member, legal representative, agent, healthcare organization, or other person acting on behalf of an individual.
Kelnorge Logistics uses personal information to provide and manage its services. This includes preparing quotations, confirming bookings, arranging pickups, planning routes, assigning drivers and vehicles, contacting senders and recipients, providing delivery updates, verifying recipient availability, completing deliveries, collecting signatures, recording proof of delivery, managing failed deliveries, arranging returns, and processing redelivery requests.
We also use personal information to manage customer relationships. This includes responding to inquiries, providing customer support, maintaining customer accounts, administering recurring service arrangements, issuing invoices, processing payments, handling refunds, resolving complaints, investigating claims, and communicating changes to our services, policies, or business operations.

Where permitted by law, we may use contact information to send Company news, service announcements, customer surveys, promotional messages, or information about services that may be relevant to the recipient. Operational messages, including delivery notifications, booking confirmations, invoices, payment notices, security alerts, and policy updates, are not promotional communications and may continue while a person uses our services.

We do not intentionally use delivery-location information to infer a person’s medical condition, diagnosis, treatment, religion, political activity, or other sensitive personal characteristic.
Where location information could reasonably indicate that an individual is obtaining healthcare services, prescription medication, medical supplies, or other health-related services, that information may be treated as consumer health data under applicable Washington law.
Kelnorge Logistics may collect signatures, names, photographs, timestamps, location confirmations, one-time access codes, and other information to confirm that a Shipment was collected or delivered.
Proof-of-delivery photographs are intended to show the package and its delivery location. Drivers and authorized personnel should avoid intentionally capturing faces, identification documents, medical information, financial information, vehicle license plates, private interior spaces, or other unnecessary personal details.
Proof-of-delivery records may be shared with the relevant customer, sender, recipient, insurer, claims administrator, contracting organization, or legal authority when reasonably necessary.
Some customers may request transportation of confidential business records, prescriptions, medical supplies, laboratory materials, legal documents, financial documents, or other sensitive items.
Customers should not provide unnecessary confidential, medical, financial, or sensitive personal information through an ordinary quotation form, package description, delivery note, email, or text message.
Customers requiring special security, privacy, confidentiality, chain-of-custody, regulatory, or data-protection arrangements must inform Kelnorge Logistics before the Shipment is accepted. A separate written agreement may be required.
Kelnorge Logistics is a transportation and delivery company. The Company is not automatically a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or HIPAA business associate merely because it transports medical supplies, prescriptions, or other items to or from a healthcare facility.
Where a healthcare organization requires Kelnorge Logistics to handle protected health information in a manner that creates a legally recognized business-associate relationship, an appropriate written Business Associate Agreement must be completed before the relevant service begins.
Customers should not provide patient diagnoses, medical histories, test results, insurance numbers, Social Security numbers, treatment information, or other protected health information unless the information is necessary for the service, lawfully provided, appropriately secured, and covered by a separate agreement where required.
This section applies where Kelnorge Logistics collects or processes consumer health data protected under the Washington My Health My Data Act.
Consumer health data may include information showing that an individual is receiving a prescription, medical supply, laboratory item, or healthcare-related delivery. It may also include information identifying a person as the sender or recipient of a healthcare-related Shipment, delivery information connected with a pharmacy, clinic, laboratory, hospital, or healthcare provider, health-related delivery instructions, prescription information, or precise location information that could reasonably indicate that a person is obtaining healthcare services or supplies.
Kelnorge Logistics does not request medical diagnoses, treatment histories, genetic information, reproductive-health information, mental-health records, biometric identifiers, laboratory test results, or similar information unless it is strictly necessary for a specifically requested and lawfully accepted service.
Consumer health data may be received directly from the individual or from a customer, sender, recipient, healthcare provider, pharmacy, medical facility, laboratory, family member, authorized representative, business customer, or service provider involved in the requested delivery.
Kelnorge Logistics may use consumer health data only when reasonably necessary to provide a requested delivery, confirm pickup or delivery information, identify the correct recipient, communicate delivery status, maintain chain-of-custody information, protect a sensitive Shipment, investigate a delivery issue, respond to a consumer request, comply with lawful handling requirements, or satisfy a legal obligation.
Kelnorge Logistics will not collect or use consumer health data for a materially different purpose without providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by law.
The minimum consumer health data necessary to complete the requested service may be shared with the sender, intended recipient, customer, authorized driver, contractor, healthcare provider, pharmacy, laboratory, medical facility, technology provider, insurer, legal adviser, claims administrator, or government authority when such disclosure is necessary and legally permitted.
Kelnorge Logistics does not currently share consumer health data with affiliates for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes.
A Washington consumer may request confirmation of whether Kelnorge Logistics is collecting, sharing, or selling consumer health data relating to that consumer. The consumer may also request access to the information, ask for details about the parties with whom the information has been shared, withdraw consent to future collection or sharing, request deletion of the information, or appeal a decision relating to a privacy request.
Kelnorge Logistics does not sell consumer health data.

The request should include the consumer’s name, contact information, a description of the request, relevant booking or delivery information where available, and sufficient information to enable Kelnorge Logistics to verify the identity of the person making the request.
Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to authenticate the request and prevent unauthorized access to personal information. A consumer will not be required to create a new account solely to exercise privacy rights.
Kelnorge Logistics will respond within the period required by applicable law. The response period may be extended where permitted because of the complexity or number of requests. Where an extension applies, the consumer will be informed of the extension and the reason for it.
When a verified deletion request applies, Kelnorge Logistics will take reasonable steps to delete the relevant consumer health data from active records and instruct applicable processors, contractors, or third parties to delete the information where required by law.
Deletion from archived or backup systems may take additional time when immediate deletion is not technically feasible. Certain information may be retained when permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, completion of a requested transaction, legal compliance, insurance, recordkeeping, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
A consumer may appeal a refusal or partial refusal of a consumer health data request by emailing kelvinewusi@gmail.com and using the subject line Appeal of Consumer Health Data Decision.
The appeal should identify the original request and explain why the consumer believes the decision should be reconsidered. Kelnorge Logistics will review and respond to the appeal within the period required by applicable law.
Kelnorge Logistics retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain transaction and delivery records, manage customer relationships, process payments, meet accounting and tax obligations, satisfy insurance requirements, resolve complaints, investigate claims, prevent fraud, enforce contracts, comply with legal requirements, and protect the Company’s legal rights.
The retention period may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the service, the existence of a contractual relationship, legal obligations, insurance requirements, and the possibility of a complaint, claim, audit, or dispute.
When personal information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, destroyed, anonymized, or deidentified.
Kelnorge Logistics uses reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
